Release: update on the cogwheel railway for openBVE

Hello everybody!

Today is my name day, Márton day by the calendars - yay!

I've just released a new version of the Budapest cogwheel railway (BKV tram line 60) for openBVE. It should load without generating any errors/warnings on the latest stable version of the game (1.11.2.7).

The timing of the update was very important as the real tram line 60 just had an extraordinary experiment: a pair of CKD Tatra T5C5K type tramcars (nr. 4043-4224) were running on the line for the very first time last Sunday. I was there on that afternoon and saw it live, and the video on my YT channel is already available about the test run and it already counts more than two thousands of views after two days - thank you everyone for watching and commenting, I really appreciate them!

And now, it's the time for You to try it out for yourself in the simulator!

I removed the earlier, 2015 January version of the train and now I re-released it with the updated route. Both the route and the train are now available in one single package, which takes approximately ~400 MB disk space unpacked.

It is highly recommended to remove the old version of the route and the train too before applying the new version - this ensures that everything will work as it should.

Edit: After the release, I discovered some additional flaws within the train. The fixes are now done, the new patch release (11.14) is now out! Please download again and overwrite the old files with the new version! Thank you and have a good trip!
